Lessons For Practice Or Theory
Learning an instrument is just like learning a second language. This means it can be tricky but exciting, and there’s a lot of theory underpinning how it all fits together! At JFP Concept Learning, we teach players of a range of instruments, and offer theory lessons as well.
A strong understanding of musical theory is necessary for both the High School Certificate (HSC) and Australian Music Examinations Board (AMEB) exams. Plus, it helps players improve their ability to read, compose and transcribe music.
You’ll understand just how the composer intended a piece to be played. Our teachers have many years of experience conveying different musical concepts and will work with individual students in a learning style suited to their needs.
Music Lessons
At JFP Concept Learning, we offer music lessons for all ages. We can help students improve their skills or start their musical journey with a wide range of instruments - including the piano, flute, clarinet, saxophone, violin and viola. Our experienced teachers offer one-on-one lessons to maximise your learning experience.
Music Theory
Our teachers cater for all levels of musical theory - from a beginner level right through to advanced harmonies. We offer tutoring for HSC students studying music and can train students on all requirements for the relevant syllabus. We also tutor students for their AMEB exams.
